This Privacy Policy describes how the Second Nature Brands family of companies, which includes Kars Nuts, Second Nature Snacks, Sanders Candy®, Brownie Brittle, Sahale Snacks (collectively, "Sanders Candy", "we", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information.

If you visit or make a purchase through one of our websites (the “Second Nature Brands Sites"), please note that the Second Nature Brands Sites is powered by our online partner, WorldPantry.com®. The Second Nature Brands Sites currently include karsnuts.com, secondnaturesnacks.com, sanderscandy.com, browniebrittle.com, and sahalesnacks.com. Any information collected through the Second Nature Brands Sites will be subject to this Privacy Policy as well as the World Pantry Notice at Collection.. We may update this Policy from time to time, as specified in the "Changes to This Privacy Policy" section below.

3. using third-party sources including but not limited to our brand partners and their shopping sites, service providers, analytics providers, or through social media and other websites or services we interact with.

• Contact Information: We collect information you provide when you utilize our Online Services, place an order, purchase a product, request newsletters or reminder services, make an inquiry, post a customer review, or enter one of our contests or promotions. • We use your Personal Information to maintain a safe, secure, and trusted environment for you when you use the Online Services, we use your Personal Information to make sure our terms, policies, and agreements with you and any third parties are being complied with. We actively monitor, investigate, prevent, mitigate, and report fraud, misrepresentations, security breaches or incidents, other potentially prohibited or illegal activities.
• We use your information to verify your identity; comply with any applicable laws or regulations, or in response to lawful requests for information from the government or through legal process; fulfill any other purpose disclosed to you in connection with our Online Services; contact you to resolve disputes, collect fees, and provide assistance with our Online Services.

• With our associated brand partners, who jointly own certain personal information collected by us.

• With an acquirer or successor-in-interest, in connection with the sale, assignment or other transfer of the business of our website or the sale, assignment, merger, reorganization, change of control, consolidation, joint venture, transfer or other disposition of all or any part of Second Nature Brands or our affiliates including any negotiation thereof.
• To provide you with improved services, we may use aggregated or deidentified data (that is not considered personal information under the law) for research and commercial purposes.
• Third-party companies that assist us with marketing and remarketing services.
• Third-parties for targeted advertising purposes to show you advertisements of our products to you on third-party sites; this will require us to share your personal information unless you opt out of such sharing.
• We may also provide aggregate statistics about our sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties, but these statistics are not considered personal information under the law.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will retain your personal information (collected through offline and online methods) for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We will retain and use your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. CHILDREN

We are not subject to the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). We do not knowingly collect information from minors in the United States or elsewhere with or without the consent of their parents or guardians. If you are not 16 or older, you should not visit or use our Online Services. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, then please contact us using the details below so that we can take the appropriate steps in accordance with our legal obligations and this Policy.

EMAIL MARKETING

If you no longer wish to receive email marketing communications from us, you may opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails by using the unsubscribe method provided in our communications (e.g., by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in the email to unsubscribe). Please note that unsubscribing from our promotional material will not prevent us from contacting you for other reasons, such as responses to customer service inquiries, or information about products you have purchased or about which you have requested information.

HOW DOES THE SANDERS SITE USE COOKIES?

• Automated technology collects information from your computer or mobile device and includes cookies, web beacons, local shared objects, or other similar technology. A cookie is a small piece of information sent by a website that is saved on your hard drive by your computer's browser. A "web beacon" is a small object or image that is embedded into a web page, application, or email and is used to track activity. They are also sometimes referred to as pixels and tags.

Unless otherwise indicated, prior to using our Online Services, or once you have completed using our Online Services, all collection and use of your information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the other website's or social media account's operators and not by this Policy. We are not responsible for any transactions that occur between you and a third-party website or social media account. DO NOT TRACK NOTICE

Because there are not yet common, industry accepted "do not track" standards and systems, our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by us ("Request to Delete"), subject to certain exceptions permitted by law. To make a Request to Delete, please submit a verifiable consumer request pursuant to the instructions below. We will acknowledge your Request to Delete within 10 business days and will attempt to respond substantively within 45 calendar days. NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE

We offer programs, benefits, and other offerings to consumers related to the collection, retention, or sale of Personal Information that may be deemed a "financial incentive" or "price or service difference" under the California Privacy Rights Act "CPRA"). These offerings may involve collecting Personal Information from customers who participate, including identifiers such as name, emails address, telephone number and/or other contact information necessary for subscription enrollment. We are providing you with this information so that you may make an informed decision on whether to participate in our programs. Examples of the programs we offer include:

Surveys: We may also offer our customers opportunities to participate in surveys. In exchange for participation you may be offered a financial incentive, such as a discount or a coupon. In exchange for your participation in these promotions, you may be offered a financial incentive, such as a prize. As part of these limited-time promotions or sweepstakes, we may collect your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. Participation in a limited-time offer or promotion is governed by the applicable terms and conditions for the program (e.g., Sweepstakes Rules and Prize Acceptance Agreements), which will also describe any financial incentives associated with the promotion and how to participate.
