For when you're feeling "healthy-ish," we've got a perfect refreshing recipe for an ice cold strawberry smoothie, layered with nutritious fruit and topped with crispy Brownie Brittle!
INGREDIENTS- Two bananas (1.5 for blending, .5 sliced as topping)
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 cup milk of choice (we used Malibu Mylk Vanilla Flaxseed!)
PREPARATION
- Throw 1.5 bananas into blender
- Add strawberries, ice and milk
- Blend until desired consistency is reached
- Pour into glass and top with your choice of Brownie Brittle
